Here at Westside Orthopaedic Clinic, we value our patients. We acknowledge that going to a new place for the first time can be nerve racking. We want to do everything we can to eliminate any unnecessary stressors, which is why we include the option of printing and completing your forms at home. Prescription Refills:
Refills are accepted Monday-Friday 9am-2pm, please have your pharmacy request a refill on your behalf. Narcotics need a written prescription. Please request refills for these medications 3 days in advance. No refills are given after hours.
Talking to your Physician:
Feel free to call the clinic at any time if you feel you must talk with your physician. Unless you have an emergency, it is usually not possible for him to speak with you immediately. However, leave your name, a number where you can be reached, and a brief message about your problem. The physician or nurse will return your call sometime before the end of the business day.
